Meow has three kinds of concealers: Purrrfect Cover concealer, which is intended for use on the face and which has matte, heavy coverage; Undereye Concealer, which (as the name would suggest) is supposed to minimize dark circles under the eyes; and C3: Color Correcting Concealers, which come in various tints (yellow, lavender, green, blue) and in both allover and undereye formulations, to cancel out color imperfections. I've tried both the Purrrfect and the Undereye concealers, and I will elucidate my thoughts on them!
Every foundation color has color-matched concealers, so once you've found your foundation color, you just get the same in the concealers. I ordered both concealers in 1-Sleek Siamese (light neutral), and just like the foundation of the same name, they match me perfectly.
I have many cosmetic problems, but dark circles are not (yet) one of them. I got the undereye concealer too so that I could compare them, but I can't really speak to its effectiveness in covering dark circles. Compared to the face concealer, the undereye is lighter and less pigmented. It is also extremely blendable and smooth, and if you're someone who finds an undereye concealer useful, you may want to check out Meow's!
The grade below is only for the regular concealer, not the undereye, since I don't really feel equipped to rigorously evaluate the latter, but I hope my brief comments above are not unhelpful!
Overview
Purrrfect Cover Concealer: $15.95 for 20 g jar (unsure how many g product that is, but based on other products, probably ~4 g) or $1 for sample baggie, available from Meow
Undereye Concealer: $9.95 for 5 g jar, available from Meow
Price: 8 (full size is too expensive, but the sample baggies are very generous, and for $2 you can get at least 6 weeks' worth of concealer)
Value: 9.5 (even full-size, the value is phenomenal, because you don't need very much for good coverage)
Quality: 10
Ease of Use: 4.5 (loose powders can be inconvenient, but using a concealer brush is helpful, and the concealer is so blendable and lovely that it's a dream to work with)
Pigmentation: 5
Duration: 5 (ALL DAY! I am in awe.)
Consistency: 5
Grade: A
The biggest challenge with this concealer is figuring out which shade will match you; if you already know your foundation shade, it's a cinch, but if you don't, it can be more challenging. Besides that, though, there is absolutely no reason you shouldn't give this a try. It is phenomenal. For $1 a sample, you don't have much to lose!
Have you tried Meow's concealers? What kind of concealer do you prefer (cream, liquid, powder, mineral, stick, etc)? Which one is your favorite? Comments make baby bunnies wiggle their noses (like these)!

Applied over moisturizer to show pigmentation better (though that does make these look darker than they actually are), top to bottom, all Sleek Siamese: undereye concealer, Purrrfect Cover concealer, Flawless foundation
Compared to the Flawless (heavy coverage) foundation, the normal concealer is a bit more pigmented, which makes it ideal for covering blemishes. I apply it with my Ecotools concealer brush (I should probably do a review of that sometime [adds to to-do list]), and a little goes a long way. Like the Flawless foundation, it seems to control my oilies, and unlike the Mark concealer, it lasts all day without fading or caking. Total love.I have many cosmetic problems, but dark circles are not (yet) one of them.
